Screen Printing Solutions – Policies

1. Orders & Design Approval

  • All orders must be accompanied by a finalized design or artwork file.

  • We provide a digital proof for your review before production. Approval is required to begin printing.

  • Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or production delays.

2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm all orders.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

  • Large or custom orders may require a deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipment or pickup.

3. Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time for screen printing is typically 7–14 business days after design approval.

  • Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss availability.

  • Production time may vary based on order size, complexity, and material availability.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

  • Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted.

  • Refunds or credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for defective or incorrect prints.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of screen printing, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

  • If your order arrives with errors or defects, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work to correct the issue promptly.

6. Artwork & Copyright

  • Customers must provide artwork that they own or have rights to use.

  • Screen Printing Solutions is not responsible for copyright violations on submitted designs.

  • We reserve the right to refuse printing of offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

7. Shipping & Pickup

  • Orders can be shipped or picked up at our studio.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have questions, concerns, or special requests, please contact us promptly.
